2. Booking & Payment
To secure an apartment, the full rental amount for the selected stay must be paid upfront. Pricing is clearly stated on each listing and reflects the monthly rental cost. Once payment is received and confirmed by our team, your booking will be finalized, and you will receive full check-in details.
Each booking is for a private, fully furnished apartment, and includes utilities and services as specified in the listing. No long-term commitments or registration requirements are needed unless explicitly stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation terms. In most cases, if you cancel before the start of your stay, you will receive a full refund of the rental payment. The specific cancellation policy will always be stated on the individual apartment listing and applies at the time of booking.

4. Tenant Responsibilities
