Flexible Cancellations
Most of our listings offer flexible cancellation terms. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to a specific number of days before your scheduled move-in date. The exact cancellation period may vary slightly depending on the apartment and will always be clearly displayed on the listing page before you book.
Full Refunds
If you cancel within the allowed cancellation window, you will receive a full refund of the rent you paid. Refunds are processed promptly through your original payment method.
If you cancel after the cancellation window has passed, the first month’s rent may no longer be refundable — this depends on the individual listing’s policy.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If you cancel less than 7 days before your check-in date, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we always aim to assist and can evaluate each case individually. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can explore options.

2. Include your name and booking reference
3. Let us know the reason for cancellation (optional)
Our team will confirm the cancellation and inform you of your refund status within 1 business day.
